Social Menu not showing

The social menu in the top right corner isn't showing. I've added links for the menu under the WordPress appearance settings, but nothing is showing up. Is there another setting I need to adjust.

Did you activated Action Bar under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section?
