Sliding top and Action bar

Hi Support,

Please see this screencast: http://screencast.com/t/U7jEsyG2U83 I would like to show in the top bar my contact details on the left

I have tried to find in other treats the answer but unfortunately not able to find a solution.

I have tried it with the sliding top as well, but I am still not able to get it properly, and to be honest regarding tis features the documentation is not quite clear..By example what is the different between the action bar in the theme options and the sliding top, none of them showing properly...I have used the widget as well...

Please assist how to get the info above the header.? Let me know if you need more information.

Hi,

Action Bar is a place where contact details and social icons are but the Sliding Top Bar is what you can see on our demo in the right top corner. You need to click on the arrow and they the widgets would slide down from the top. In your case, you need to activate Action Bar under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section to display contact details.

Even if I put the action bar info and enable it is doesn't show up, they don't seems to be visible the action bar info at all. Please see screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/ZIt71kQoh

Ok, thanks. If you look at http://pasteboard.co/bJrEHV7nY.png you will see which part of your custom css is the reason why Action Bar is not visible.

Hi Support,

If I have removed this peace of code and still not visible.?

So what might the solution be?

I played around with the margins and padding, no way to get it visible, tried the z-index, but no luck.

Please assist.

Action Bar is showing now of course what we can see on our end. But it might do not look good enough because of your other customization. We recommend to remove all custom edits and re-install theme files to use original product instead of customized because looks like you don't know what you do exactly and that's why got all these issues.
