Submenu and main-menu are separated by a small gap / Submenu-font

Please have a look at my website:

When you hover on "Projects" there is a small gap between the always visible menu and the submenu.

How can I fix that?

And the font of the submenu is different. Why? How can I change that?

To move sub-menu up and change it's font type, you need to use the following css:

#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) .menu li ul { top: 89px !important; }
#Top_bar .menu li ul li a { font-family: "FONT-NAME" !important; }
