Publishing tags in each post.

Hello All,

I need help to know one thing. Is it possible to publish each post with there specific tags which is given by creator of post?

For example in the below there one post and it has tags which are related into this post. But, how it's possible on betheme please?

Sorry but we do not know any plugin that may work in this case because we did never tested any.
