Updating Versions
Hi,
We are currently using Betheme version 13.8. We received emails that there was an update so we downloaded the new file from Envato. Unfortunately the file is the same version we already have and is not the updated 14.4 version. Is this something you can help us with? Our site is starthuman.co.

if the file is the same, you need to contact with Envato because we do not have any impact on download files. We already downloaded and the latest version is 14.4 so something is wrong on your side.
