Hello! I'm using the "fixed" header and am wondering if there's any way to have the header design be constant rather than changing from a full header to the minimized header

we are sorry but it's not possible because you already increased logo size for regular header.

I removed the settings from Appearance > BeTheme Options > Global > Logo > Advanced.

I would like for the current navigation appear even when you scroll to the top of the page. Is that possible?

If possible, I would like for the logo size and placement to be identical, and for the navigation links to be in the exact same place as well. Essentially, I would like to figure out how to have the regular and minimized header seem persistent

Yes, it is possible but requires some css customization:

That's almost perfect—the navigation seems to slide upwards about 10px when you scroll down the page. Could this be adjusted in the CSS above?
