Sub header image not showing up

The subheader image is not showing up after the recent Wordpress update.

It will show up if I change the header background picture, even If include a picture inside in the subheader options it won't show up.

After I set subheader image on each page, it still won't load up, then when I inspect the page source code, the subheader css is cross.

How do I fix it?

Not only this page, all the page the subheader picture is not showing up.

Looks like under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section, you set transparency for subheader and that's why subheader background does not appear.

wow, I've been looking everywhere to fix it but didn't notice of the transparency. As I remember the week before the subheader appears, then login this week its not there anymore, and didn't remember adjusting the transparency. But anyway thanks a lot
