Custom blog-post layout (for each post)?

Hi Muffins

Is it possible to create a totally blank blog-post-layout? The template/layout-sections doesn't work for me.

Ultimately I want to achieve a narrow, centered design on my single posts. Can't find the correct place to do this in the CSS.
