Enabling Comments on {Post?

Hi,

I am unable to locate this exact topic elsewhere so I hope I am not repeating anything. But, I cannot get Comments (Leave a Reply) to show on my Posts. I do have it enabled in Settings>Discussion and I also have it enabled on the posts themselves and in the General theme settings. You can see it working on this page: http://www.blacksheep303.com/favorite-tools/ of my site but not on the actual posts (http://www.blacksheep303.com/altenew-august-2016-inspiration-challenge/ and http://www.blacksheep303.com/chevron-birthday-card/). I am stumped on what to try next. I welcome any help you can provide.

    please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to attach link to current topic so we know what for the access is.

    Hello,

    I sent dashboard access with a link to the topic as you asked well over a week ago as well as a follow-up message and haven't heard anything or seen anything change on my site. Is there something else I need to do? Any idea when you may be able to get back to me on this issue? I would really, really like to get the comments working.

    Thanks for letting me know what the problem is. I do appreciate it. However, you don't need to be snippy about it. In my message I did ask you to email me at a different address, which you did not do (at least a cc would have been helpful), so that might have something to do with the reason it seemed I hadn't been responded to...but thanks nonetheless.

    We are not snippy. Don't understand where and how you read "snippy behave". We just told you that you are wrong and that's it. And in reference to different e-mails, we reply on the e-mails that comes with the message. So if you do not use the e-mail assigned to TF's account, you should simply change it.
