Hello,

In your demo content I say the blog layout I want to incorporate on my home page. I've attached a snap shot of the demo content I like and a snap shot of how I shows up in my home page. I've since taken it down because it doesn't look right but the pictures attached show what I'm taking about.

In the demo content there is one large picture blog post and then four recent posts listed to the right of the main blog post.

I want this design for my home page:

The section after "What's New On Our Blog":

It has 1 main post and 4 recent post to the right side.

On my blog, I can't get the picture to be large and square...the blog picture stays small and rectangular and the four recent posts pulls the most recent post plus three more...I want the four most recent posts to be those that follow the main post - so their isn't a repeat of the same post.

How they have their blog post displayed in that section is what I want to incorporate on my blog home page.

What blog style are they using? How did they get that to display 1 larger blog post with 4 looks like "recent blog" post to the right?

I can't seem to figure it out to do the same thing on my blog.

Since this example is in your blog demo content for the BeTheme I figured you could tell me exactly how I can get that same set-up for my blog.

Next time, if you don't know how things were made, we suggest to create extra WP instance where you can import demos and check how things were done. This is the fastest and simplest way to learn how we did it.

How do I create extra WP instance where I can import demo's....I don't understand what you mean?

Also, Where do I change the setting for Blog News? I can't find that setting page in the link you provided?

How? The same was as you installed current wordpress instance. But for example under sub-domain. But the settings for Blog News you can change under item's settings. For item edition is responsible small pencil button in the right top corner of each Muffin Builder item.

Where do I find the Sub-Domain?

If I go to Be|Theme Options from my WP dashboard and click on Blog -- I don't have an option to change the setting for "Blog News".

I've searched everywhere and I can't find where I need to go to change the blog news settings.

Also, When I had the muffin group "Blog News" the pencil edit button does not open and give me to options you displayed in an earlier email. It only allows me to select blog count and category and then if I want show more link.

Can you please show me exactly where I need to go to make the changes to blog news so that I can use this format on my home page.

Please read some WIKIPEDIA https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subdomain to understand what is sub-domain or even would be better if you can contact with your web developer so he can explain it to you.

Blog News is an item what means it's settings you can find under item options in Muffin Builder http://pasteboard.co/gl0XaHqCy.png - you must look in the wrong place or you just don't know where Muffin Builder is. I've used visual composer to build my page.

Can I get the Blog News settings I want using Visual Composer?

If not, how can I reinstate muffin builder after i've used Visual Composer?

As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/25xMAIE8K.png Blog News item exists as VC's item so yes, you can use it.

I know I can add "Blog New" through VC. If you look at my first email to you I was able to add it.

I just haven't been able to get the setting the way I wanted them. I still can't.

How can I change the setting using VC to get the set-up I want on the homepage of my website?

These are the only settings I can find to change through VC --> http://pasteboard.co/2iq7YwEnI.png

It doesn't allow me to make these setting changes --> http://pasteboard.co/fyXhEjHp2.png which is what I need to get the format the way I want it.

Ok, got it. You are right with missing option for Blog News item in Visual Composer plugin. This would be added with next update of course.

@BethAnnForo This was already added in version 14.2
