I think there is a misunderstanding. I juste want to change the display of a single post by using a new template like the "intro header" or "builder". (see picture) But i don't know from where the php file is loaded and how add a new one.
But if we speak about the same issue, you're saying that i can't add new template ? So why this menu is there :-? ?
These are pre-defined templates that we built into theme and if you want to add new one, you need to modify theme files of course what in reference to Item Support Policy, is obviously not included.
P.S. The file where "Intro Header" is coded is includes/header-single-intro.php
