"Center No-repeat Fixed Cover" no longer working

At first I thought something hadn't loaded right because I haven't made any updates or changes. For some reason that option to have an image fixed as a cover no longer works and the theme treats the background image as simply fixed to the top. It does't go along with the scroll as it used to.

I've had this same issue, but it seems to only when using Chrome... other browsers work fine

Yes, the problem is with Chrome and we know about this. Chrome browser changed something and didn't even informed about it. When we find solution, we will add it to the update of course.
