1. Why is it not centered?
2. Why is there an odd colour filler border, above and below it? I see nothing in options to edit this colour.

Slide Revolution code will not work.
You must use the shortcode for a call to action from Betheme.
I have used your call to action shortcode and it is centered.
But you haven't told me how to change the odd color on this section. It is not in the BeTheme options with everything else.
