Widgets Won't Save, Deactivate On Leaving Widget Page

After testing my plugins, even deactivating all of them, none of my widgets will save once I leave the widget page. They will auto-update and I can refresh one of my active pages and see the change there, but if I leave the widget page and return to it, it removes every widget I placed and puts it in an "inactive" or "this sidebar no longer exists" area down below. Since it's not my plugins, I can only imagine it's a theme issue. Please help.
