browser window resize

Hello,
we have a little bug when we resize the browser windows. Some contents like backgrounds and other elements do not resize with the browser windows and leave some blank spaces and bugs like this.

You can clearly see the bug at this link: http://www.florim4architects.com/project/absalon-hotel/
But it affects all the webiste.

Is there a way to solve the problem?

please make a screenshot of place/moment you mean because from what we see, responsive works exactly as supposed to work.

it happens when you resize the browser window from smaller to bigger.

But this is how Visual Composer works exactly. Visual Composer is using Javascript that count sizes and other stuff on load. And if you will reload page after resizing, you will see that the backgrounds would look different than on above screenshot. Please notice that this is a proper behave.
