Everything works, but I can't reach the theme option page

Please create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to file so we can have a look on it because we are pretty sure that the System Status values are fake. We think that the problem is with SUHOSIN extenstion installed but to be sure, we need the link to that file.

Ok, thanks. So just as we thought, above settings are fake. Your real memory limit is 75M what you can see on https://snag.gy/u6Opkz.jpg and not 128MB as you presented above. Also, SUHOSIN extension need to be disabled just as we thought.

What is the SUHOSIN extension and how can I disable it?

It's PHP extension and only your admin/hosting provider is able to disable it.
