Shortcodes Errors

I'm getting shortcode errors for Buttons. This is affecting the Image Carousel also...it does not display correctly...only displays as a bulleted list. i DO NOT have any Avada themes installed (only: BeTheme, BeTheme Child, TwentySixteen). In fact, no shortcodes are working.

Hey,

looks like your theme files are incomplete. We recommend to remove theme files from FTP and then upload all files once again but this time via FTP to be sure that all files were transferred completely.

Thank you for the reply. I have tried that twice now with no luck. I completely removed betheme theme files and uploaded the fresh download for "betheme-no-plugins" all through FTP. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. What is incomplete? I've tried both ways now, through FTP and through Wordpress and keep getting the same result.

Hmm, so if this suggestion didn't helped, please remove all your extra plugins and then check. To be honest, we did never met with same issue and it's the first time so it's very weird.

I have deactivated all plugins, except for Fusion Core – with the same results.

The only time the shortcodes display correctly is when I deactivate the "Fusion Core" plugin itself, but then that throws other issues so I need to resolve this properly.

We are sorry but we did never tested this 3rd plugin with theme and we have no idea what might be the reason of this issue.

I'm sorry, what 3rd plugin – I thought Fusion Core came with the theme? Is Fusion Core not part of BeTheme? I only have Fusion Core activated. Are you saying there is no fix to this? It is just the standard BeTheme.

We are saying that whatever Fusion Core is, it has nothing to BeTheme. It was probably installed with your other theme in the past or it was installed as external plugin. But one thing is sure - nothing like Fusion Core does not came with BeTheme.

Ahh, my mistake then, thought for sure it had come installed. I've since removed it and shortcodes are working as expected so thank you much! Sorry for the confusion.

Note to anyone out there using Avada or anything with Fusion Core...the Fusion Core plugin does not play nice with BeTheme.
