Blank page when i try to modify a page with VC

Hi. i have a big problem!

When i click on the pencil for modify a text block it's starts to load the popup windows but instead of opening the popup i get a blank page.

This only happen when i try to modify text block, it doesn't happen if, for example, i try to modify an image block.

Can u help me please?

Hi,

we recommend to remove all extra plugin to make sure that one of the is no the culprit. But if this won't help, please re-install theme files via FTP only.

I disable all plugin, disable theme-child, re-install theme files, but the problem didn't solve!

Now when i try to modify a text block happens this: in the popup window i see a stretched version of the web site :-S

So if none of above didn't helped, you need to remove everything (WP, database, plugins) and do fresh installation of all components on freshly created database.
