Problem with menu mobile

Sorry for my bad english.
On mobile device the menu don't work: it must appear/deseappear by clicking on Icon but it's compare always fixed on screen.

How i must resolve it? thank you

I view that there is in a style always the display:none ( <nav id="menu" class="menu-main-menu-container" style="display: none;">) thath would become display:block, but i dont remember where it's for change it.

And where is the class active (class="responsive-menu-toggle active" )?
