My gif won't animate ~ HELP!

It's really, Really, REALLY important that my .gifs animate! I've got 6 of them that simply HAVE TO animate, and I gotta figure out why, like really quickly.

Here's one of the gifs:

I know that in the backend of Woo, it asks what size you want each image to be. I need these to animate wherever they are seen!

Ok, but where you got gif exactly? Because as we see on page above, you have only one .gif image and this image is not animated what you can see at http://storagedepot.com/base/files/2014/12/5x5-150x84.gif

I have removed "Force Regenerate", but apparently Woo and the theme is insisting that the image be resized. Well... How do we override this? Here's all the gifs, nice and animated: (and they need to stay that way)

But we do not understand the problem as we do not interfere into woocommerce functions. If you want to use .gif's you should probably contact with woocommerce team because as we see this problem is not related with theme at all.

P.S. To be 100% sure, please switch to default theme and check if this works properly with default theme because we are sure this will work the same way with default one.

There is info in the accordion, but it's not opening when it's clicked.

What's up with that?

At first, there is a problem with your server. Just try to open http://storagedepot.com/start/wp-content/themes/betheme/style.php?ver=5.4 and see that file can't be opened. In this case you should contact with server administrator. So please sort this issue first and if this will be done, then please send us access to your dashboard and FTP on pm and we'll check why accordions can't open. We are pretty sure that the problem is with incomplete wordpress or theme files because it looks like something wrong happened with javascript.

whaaaaaaat? Why would I want / need the css file to be publicly viewable? And, how does that indicate that "there is a problem with your server"?

I've checked with http://lightningbase.com, and there's nothing wrong w/ the server.

So, since these apparently only get answered once a night, and I'm working on a live corporate site, is there anyway I can pay to get some dedicated and timely support to get any issues resolved?

I just installed a fresh clean version of WordPress, and I just downloaded another copy of Be|Theme from Themeforest. But the theme, and WordPress were already the current versions, but I just reinstalled them to verify again that they were installed correctly.

By the way, I never mentioned the obvious, but did you check your browser? That link to the style.php works just fine.

As we wrote above, css file must work for everyone if you want your website to work properly. However we checked it already once again and you're right, this time works fine.
