Looking for a specific demo theme presented on the BeTheme website.

I have just purchased and did an install of this theme, and I am looking for a specific version to install because it fits what I am trying to make:

However, I cannot seem to find this in my "Add Themes" page in wp-admin, maybe because there are over 2300+ to choose from and it feels like im scrolling forever on this page.
Doing a search for "dietitian", I get no search results found.  How am I supposed to find this particular theme, or for anything else for that matter??
