Header on laptop

I am trying to figure out why the menu does not seem to be responsive on laptops, it seems to work fine on all other devices.
When I pull in my screen from a desktop I can also see it happening.

you simply have too many menu items and that's why menu does not resize properly on smaller screens. So or you will move one of your main menu items under sub-menu or you need to decrease spacing between menu items using the following css:
#Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { padding: 0 10px !important; }
