I'd like to create a slider similar to the one on your demo about page (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/pages/about), the one under the heading 'We provide awesomness!'. Can you tell me how to d this please ?
BTW I wanted to do a mixed list and couldn't see any shortcodes or way to do that using the muffin builder. I saw in the doc that you have given the code there
To use this inside muffin builder, just pick up "Column" item and paste above code into "Column". Most of muffin builder items parse html code properly.
I had a look at that, and have managed to provide a link to your bg image. However as you can see from http://www.active-play.co.uk/dino-car/overview/ at bottom of page the icon is black so you can hardly see it against this background. Is it possible to use a white icon so it is visible ?
Also I see you have a bookmark icon. Do you have any functionality to go with this, or will I need to do my own coding for this, or use a plugin.
OK, I've just seen that you have an example of exactly what I want to do with the 'Play' button on call to action. I see that you have specified 'dark' as custom css and that seems to have done the trick. Is there any documentation for this ? I.e. if I hadn't seen that there was an example on your site is there any way I could have known this ?
On God, we are really not sure what feature you mean What dark section? Where we got it? Please make a screenshot of what you mean and we'll try to help.
I'm trying to recreate the 'Watch our video tutorials' call to action which you can see at http://snag.gy/UWGf0.jpg. When I did this originally the play button was black, but then I looked at your settings and saw that you had used 'dark' as the custom css style as in screenshot http://snag.gy/VRzmR.jpg. I therefore used this in my call to action and it turned the button white, which is great. However if I hadn't seen an example of this I would never have known how to do this, and just wondered whether there is any documentation anywhere that explains this sort of thing ?
As far as the bookmark icon is concerned you can see I've used it on my page http://www.active-play.co.uk/ which you can also see http://snag.gy/4DljV.jpg. I just wondered whether you have any code to bookmark a page, or do I have to use a plugin or code myself ?
Ok thanks for explanation as we really had no idea what you meant. But the answer is yes and no. We have custom css field described at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#section but not exactly as .dark section. This was our gadget and it is not listed in the documentation as you want because each of you can fit for own needs.
About 2nd question, this is just button. There is no functionality for this button so probably you need to think about plugin or own solution for that because we do not have anything like that included.
I'm using your grid portfolio as yo can see a thttp://www.active-play.co.uk/dino-car/showroom/ , and notice that the picture is cropped so that you can't see the bottom as you should. Is there a quick fix for this apart from adding some white space to the bottom of the pic ?
I tried changing some of the parameters but it didn't make any difference. Would it be possible to give me the code for this ?
Also a general question in case you can help. I was wondering whether you know of any good media management plugins. Sometimes I do sites with hundreds of photos, and it would be nice to be able to organise them into folders.I've tried to find one through Wordpress plugin finder and Google search but haven't fond anything so far.
If what we described above does not work then unfortunately we can't help because we do not have any other solution in this case. Sorry! We also did not used any media management plugins so we can't recommend any.
No worries ! Is it possible to have a portfolio using portrait photos ? I.e. I think your portfolio is geared for something like 1200 pixels wide x 450 pixels high pictures, but supposing the photos were 600 x 1200 as in http://www.active-play.co.uk/dantoy/roleplay/page-1/, is there any way you cater for that ?
Once again thanks in advance for your great support
This can be also done only within add_image_size() function as we described above. There is no other way to do it. Things like images sizes or positions can be modified only in theme files. Thanks!
Sorry but we as wrote before, we do not offer files modifications because we can't be responsible for your modifications later if you will have any problem. Also after modifications you are not able to do theme update because you will lose all your modifications. So if you want to do modifications and don't know how, then you should think about developer who will be responsible for all changes.
Not to worry. One other thing you will be able to help with, under your list feature you show a list from 1 to 6 nicely styled with a circle background (http://snag.gy/BaoDC.jpg). I can't see how to do this anywhere ???
Ohh, ok. So this is "List" item which have few different styles and for this item we used "Ordered list" style and for "Title" field we type value "1".
OK, I've done that thanks - slowly getting there !
Is there any way of designers like me knowing this sort of stuff without having to ask ? It's a cool feature being able to style like this, but is it possible to code this so it is actually an unordered list ? I.e. with vertical tabs ?

this item is called "Slider". But all slides for that item you can add in "Slides" section which is on the left side in main wp dshboard menu.
.call_to_action .call_center .icon_wrapper { color: #FFF !important; }But which bookmark icon you mean exactly? Please show it us because we are not sure.About 2nd question, this is just button. There is no functionality for this button so probably you need to think about plugin or own solution for that because we do not have anything like that included.
Thanks for understanding!
