I'm using the theme Cosmetics, I've created the whole site and the client approved, however, accessing the cell phone leaves a very large box in the home. How can I adjust this size?

Hi,

if you mean background image under the logo on mobile, it's header's background and if you don't like it, you can easily remove it by activating Minimalist header under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

I do not just say the header, because even removing the image or leaving it as minimalist, visualizing by the mobile gets a very large space between the menu and the beginning of the information of the site. It's exactly this space I want to remove.

Yes, we know which space you mean and you can remove it the way we told you above. But if you prefer to use css for better control, you can use such as well:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    body.minimalist-header.header-modern:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 0 !important; }
}
