Responsive menu appears on desktop Chrome and few other browsers

All of a sudden my normal menu has dissapeared on Chrome on my laptop  (desktop) and replaced by the "responsive hamburger"    I checked  another browser - Safari and the "normal"  menu is still there. When I turn off " responsive toggle"  in BeTheme Options it appears on the desktop in Chrome again  - but on the cell the site is not in responsive mode anymore and looks "normal"

Ughhh! What can I do   -   I will keep the responsive toggle on so you can see - Somebody help please! I figure this must be happening to somebody else.
