am trying to change the image background for the whole page. am using the 960px boxed grid layout.

However when I insert the image under BeTheme options the image doesn't change?

there is no custom css stopping this?

Hi,

as we see you have cache activated and this could be the reason why image is not visible.

ok, I've updated to the latest version of BEtheme

now the 960px grid wont even work??

As we see, 960px works fine so we have no idea what you mean. Maybe you mean boxed version? IF this is what you mean then you should activate it in theme options panel. And please definitely remove cache plugin and remove whole folder on FTP related with cache because just disabling cache won't help because everything is still kept on FTP in folder. This plugin is the reason why you got those problems.

Had to revert it to previous working version so 960px is working fine now.

I've deleted all the folders of the cache plugin but the image still doesn't work

Any help on what? As we wrote above, 960px grid works fine on your website and we do not see any issues there at all.

yes! but as I wrote above I still can't change the background?!!

and I've deleted ALL the cache plugin files

Please send us access to your wp dashboard on pm because we must have a look on it as we are pretty sure that you did something wrong.
