Subheader background on responsive mode

Hi Friend, 

I've a normal subheader background on my desktop mode, but is much big on mobile mode, so I need resize this subheader background. I can edit it by chrome tools but when I copy/paste this CSS code on theme options its not run on my mobile. How I can resize this subheader?

    Hi Jose,

    css backgrounds were never responsive and until mobile devices won't start supporting css backgrounds, it won't be possible to make the responsive. It's more technical issue between being responsive and css backgrounds and it has nothing to do with the theme itself.
