Tabs doesn't work in safari 9

first of all I want to say that we love your theme and the muffin-builder. But we seem to need your support with one problem:
Recently we encountered a problem with tabs in safari:
the tabs-shortcode doesn't work and doesn't show the right styles.

also the mobile-menu-toggle doesn't work in all browsers.

could you explain what exactly does not work? We did checked your site in Safari and looks like all is fine with tabs.

Thank you very much for the Update and your great support. The Tabs are showing correct now in Safari 9. Your the best!!!
We still have one problem:
by clicking the mobile-menu-toggle-icon (starting from mobile-breakpoint downwards) the menu doesn't show in any browser. are we doing something wrong? strange...
