Mega Menu Disappears

I've setup the mega menu according to the documentation, And when you hover over the Parent link on the navigation bar the mega menu appears. However, when you try to move the mouse over the mega menu, it disappears before you can click on anything. I have tried deactivating all plugins and this issue still occurs.

we did checked your site and looks like mega menu is fine and works exactly the way it supposed to work.

Please see the attached video. Upon further inspection this issue occurs in chrome, but works fine in Firefox and IE edge. I have not tested any other browser

Ok, thanks. It's weird but one of your letters does not resize in Chrome properly and this is first time we see something like that. Anyway, to sort mega menu in Chrome, please use the following css:

@media only screen and (min-width: 1240px){
     #Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description){height: 60px;}
}
