Contact Form Issue

Hi!
I'm trying to fix a problem with the pop-up contact form; I must have deleted the linked form by accident and I can't find where I can re-link a new form. 
It says: "[contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]".

    where you would like to make this form? Sorry but your question is not complete and we don't know what and where you would like to do exactly.

    There is a pop-up message button in the bottom right of the website, which came with BeTheme- it appears on every page of the site, so it must be built into the theme somehow. It's a little button with an envelope on it, when you click it the contact form appears on the screen instead of having to go to the contact page. (It used to do this until the form was deleted, now it just shows the error message)

    I would like to either get rid of the button entirely, or fix it so it works.

    Ohh, ok. So what you need to do is create form using Contact Form 7 plugin, then get it's shortcode and paste it under Theme options > Footer section where Popup Contact Form | Shortcode field is.
