betheme don't support woocommerce custom t-shirt designer

Hi,

First off, this is my first post here in the forum,

and i would like to thank muffingroup for the excellent theme they created, specially betheme.

But there's a problem we encounter we bought a plugin called woocommerce custom t-shirt designer

when we test out the plugin i does everything except for the drag/drop and resize function.

i tried turning on and off the other plugins and removing our custom css and still no luck,

but when i tried resizing the window it works, also did a quick change of theme like 2017 and everything works.

so it does means it's in the theme compatibility issue.

can someone help me?

Hi,

we are very sorry but we did never tested this 3rd party plugin so we don't know where the problem might be. Currently, we have hundreds of other features and fixes that need to be done first and when we do them, we would be able to consider your request.

Ok thank you, but can someone can help me just to check or fix this if you did encounter same problem as i do.

We have hundreds of fixes and features to make in queue already and each checking must have own place in this queue so we can not check it right now because this requires lot of time. So if you are looking for someone to make your plugin compatible with theme, you need to contact with your web developer.
