How can I build a Pricing plan uses also table layout

I need a table where to compare 3 plans. It is showed under "Pricing plan uses also table layout" at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/pages/pricing/
Any idea? I've reading all the documentation, but I couldn't find instructions.
