"Be" Site Icon

I have changed the Site Icon by going to Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identify -> Site Icon. It correctly reflects in IE browser but not in Chrome. I dismissed it as a Cache issue. But even after a month and for the first time users too, the Be icon is displaying instead of my website icon... especially on chrome... how to fix this for good????
