  While trying to install your plugin themeforest-7758048-betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme.zip I run into an error
  message as documented in the attachment.
  
  
  The problem appears to be that the package of the theme is missing the
  cascading sytle sheet (style.css).

  hello support team, thank you very much for your quick help. I now succeeded to install the theme: the downloaded package needed to be unzipped and then only the betheme.zip needs to be uploaded. somewhere on your page i found this info and in the end it works nicely. have a great 2017, Tilo
