The package could not be installed. The stylesheet style.css is missing the theme.

There is no any betheme.zip and betheme-child.zip fiel on my document. what should i do?

you got this message because you are trying to install wrong files (the file you are trying to install is a complete package where all versions, slides, docs and other stuff are). Sorry. I have a problem.

1. why is not possible to edit or add sections on my page Options ?

2. Page options i get:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8030604426017204424 bytes) in /home/bisibay2/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/muffin-options/fields/color/field_color.php on line 37

You need to contact with your admin because this error has completely nothing to do with the theme and is related with memory limits on your server.

I contacted my admin on Chat and i send them a screen shot of the screen where the edit button from side option is. They told me like that:

Alessandro A.: It seems that this is a bug in the theme and I would like to ask of you to contact the developer of theme in order to resolve this issue

Alessandro A.: Please contact the person who developed the theme

That's amazing but after reading above, we definitely suggest to change hosting provider because if he really send you to us this is a wrong person in the wrong place. We really can't believe in what we see but we guarantee that Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8030604426017204424 bytes) has nothing to do with the theme and the problem is related with not enough memory on server side. Your hosting is simply limited because it's probably shared between to many users. You can create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file and we will show you how your server configuration looks like. Ok, thanks. So there is 2 problems we see:

- Zend OPCache need to be disabled
- Max_input_vars is limited to 1000 and should be increased to 5000 or even 10000
