Menu Background Color
Hi!
I'd like to give my menu a blue background an white-colored text. I set the skin to "custom skin", changed the color of "top bar left background" to white and every available background-setting in color->menu to blue, but menu appears with white background. if i change "top bar left beckground" e.g. to red, header and menu appear with red background.
Thanks a lot for your help!

please send us link to page/s where you would like to do above changes first so we can have a look on it and give you best possible solution.
Thanks!
sorry for the long time with no action here. There was a lot of other work...
The page isn't in the web yet, it's in construction on my notebook. But i can give you hardcopies... I choosed header&subheader-style "static left" and "Custom skin" at Colors. Background-color white looks like expected.
Now i like to change background-color of the menu to blue, but the area above the menu should stay white. Changing Topbar left background gives me this result:

Changing the color at active link background or menu button background doesn't change anything.
What is the correct way to give only the menu a different background-color?
The header of my site should look like this:

Thanks, Heike
Of course you can also send us access to the dashboard privately thru contact form on the right at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact if your site is not live yet.
Default color skin looks like that:
Now i use custom skin an try to change the background-color of the menu. this is my result:
Is there any way to give the marked area a white background (or another background color different from the menu line)?
If you need access to the site, let me know.
Thanks for your patience, Heike
#Top_bar .menu_wrapper {
margin-left: 2em;
}
Do i have to close this discussion? Is there any "solved"-mark?
