Ok, so to change product title and text inside table on single product pages only, please use the following css:

.single-product h1.product_title { font-size: 16px !important; }
.single-product table tr td { font-size: 12px !important; }

To change font size of accordion as well, you need to use another css:

.single-product p { font-size: 12px !important; }
.single-product .accordion .title, .single-product .accordion .answer, .single-product .accordion .question { font-size: 12px !important; }
