Featured Image Responsiveness

Hello, I am having some trouble with the responsiveness of the featured image. The image does not look very good on large screens or mobile devices. Here is an example of the page: http://00061.218hosting.com/index.php/boats-for-everyone/. 

Is there a setting that will allow the entire picture to show no matter what size the screen is? For example, as soon is this page is shown on a smaller screen the boy water skiing is cut off.
