Testimonial Slider

Has anyone had any issues with the Testimonial Slider when viewed on mobile. I have a number of testimonial and they vary in length. When viewed on a mobile device, the gap between the slider and the next section seems to default to the longest sized testimonial creating a big gap?

Any ideas?

It is this page http://www.kedaconsulting.co.uk/who-we-work-with/ when viewed on a mobile. The gap appears when the slider rotates and you scroll up and down the page.

please update theme to it's latest version because you use very old version and this was fixed quite long time ago.

I haven't used a child theme. Is there an easy way to update the theme without losing customisation?

It depends what kind of customization you did because if you mean theme files customization, then we do not have any magic method to update files without touching files that was modified by you.

I believe the only customisation is page content, page CSS and generic theme options - like colours, fonts etc.

So if you didn't touched any theme files, then you don't need to worry about the updates and you can do them any time you want. But of course please always do the backups just in case.

Where would I have changed any of the theme files?

We don't know where but some web developers do if they need something what is not included.
