Hi

I've just updated to version 16.2 and my logo is now appearing twice  - https://employmentinnovations.com/

I've removed the logo as well, in case it's been saved somewhere twice and then it just shows the Betheme default logo twice. Not sure what's happening. Also tried to follow this (http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/3557/double-logo-in-version-6-6) but it didn't work for me.

Not sure if it's something to do with WooCommerce?

    Hi,

    it's very simple, the main culprit is your cache stuff. So please clear cache and then disable plugin and everything would be ok.

    Thanks! That worked, but when I enable WooCommerce after it makes the logo appear twice again :(

    I've tried updating WooCommerce (now version 2.6.11) then clearing cache, disable and enable - but it still shows the double logo.

    The double logo also pushed the menu out of the top header as well.

    I have disabled WooCommerce for now, but how can I enable WooCommerce without it showing a double logo?

    We have no idea what you did and why this happens and the only suggestion we have right now is to remove everything (all plugins, theme files, etc) and upload them once again but this time thru FTP to make sure that all files has transferred complete.

    What did you do to fix it? I don't have woocommerce in my site, no extra plugins. All I did was to click on update, and I got the double logo like you.

    Please help!

    @Muffin Support, no I mean the logo appearing twice. 
    You see twice "WOCHAMOVIE" in the header, like "WOCHAMOVIEWOCHAMOVIE" and this happened after I updated the team (I tried via console and via FTP). 

    Earlier I tried to put the fixed header option but it didn't work, no is back to the Cassic header. 

    Can you help please? 
    With version 15.x this does not happen.

    This could be a cache issue. Please delete your browser cache or open the page on another PC.

    Interesting. We tried with 3 computers, 2 mobiles, 3 different browsers, private mode, before and after cache clearing, on WiFi on 4G. And we still see 2 logos in every case. 

    Any other suggestion would be highly appreciated.

    Also because I don't see how if I use version 15.x instead of 20.x I don't have the problem.

    The problem did not come from the version, but from updating the theme, there must have been some errors. Please try to reinstall the theme. First disable all plugins and make a backup, then remove the theme folder thru FTP and install a new version of BeTheme.
