Onepage mobile menu

Hi,
I have created my website starting with BeTheme|Taxi (one page site). I have customized my site through SECTION #ID and on desktop works perfectly but on mobile the scroll doesn't work.
More precisely, in the same page I have created many sections in Muffin Builder by duplicating and modifying the responsive visibility with the same section name because the menu is the same but on mobile the scroll doesn't work.
Can you help me please?

On mobile if I click on "Contatti" in menu not scroll to section that it's in different position on desktop and mobile. Can you help me please?
