are you talking about the slider or menu? Because if you mean menu, it looks like you did demo import several times and that's why items are duplicate. But in reference to slider, Slider Revolution is external plugin and it’s content can not be imported automatically with the demo import so you need to import it separately. More details about slider import you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/15/how-to-import-revolution-slider-into-be-theme
After reading my heading "Installed Multiple Demos for Testing" you were able to say that "it looks like you did demo import several times and that's why items are duplicate." But still you didn't mention how to fix that.
This is not the issue with slider. It's because of multiple demo installs. There are footers headers and sidebars from all demos right now.
And again, as I said, "I've tried fresh installs multiple times (completely deteling theme, pages, and posts), but this issue persists."
Yes, we saw it but we do not see any question like "how to fix it" or "how to start over again with a demo" above. That's the reason why we had no idea what is your question exactly and what you would like to do.
Anyway, to start over again with one just demo import you need to remove all data, and to do this you need to use Wordpress Reset plugin. But please remember that this plugin removes all data, like: pages, posts, settings, etc. Your Wordpress would be again as clear as after first installation. And after that, you can do the pre-made demo import exactly the same way as it was explained in our instructional video. But please remember to do just one demo import only on one WP installation.
