Button not opening in new page

Hi!

I have created a button that is attached to a PDF, I want it to open in a new page. I have the link target set to _blank but it still opens in the same window. Any ideas or recs?

please send us link to page where you set _blank target and we will see why it does not work.

It actually looks like none of my _blank links are working, but the one I was referring to was this button "Download form as PDF" http://1d4.d80.myftpupload.com/donations/

As we can see, there is no _blank attributes for the buttons and that's why they simply do not open in a new window. You must set them wrong way. We suggest to take a look at http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#buttons to see how the proper button shortcode looks like and also disable all extra plugins and custom code because looks like you have lot of extra coding that doesn't come with the theme.
