  what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.

  since betheme offers absolutely no help beyond pointing to information found in the documentation, the best I can do is tell you where the file is and hope that you have some basic JS knowledge in order to edit the file

  I know absolutely no JS or I would try to help as this is something I really want to try to understand how to do as well.

  
  

  If anyone you know knows JS then have them take a look and you should be able to modify the theme file and replace it in your WP directory with the desired effect

  Thanks, I have a look at my .js file and dont have any idea which part of the code should I change to reduce the speed of the paralax
