Looks like you want to display just the builder content for portfolio items and to achieve this, all you need to do is select Builder Template under Portfolio Item Options for each portfolio item.
That would fix the right and left padding. I attached a jpeg or the padding I'm talking about. Those are two image and theres a white line going right through the middle.
Ok, got it. So to remove this small space between the images, you need to wrap all images into DIV tag and set line-height: 0 style for this div. So it should look like the following:
