Installed and activated but showing 404 Error. Installed Demo Media and showed 502 Gateway Error

I have now uninstalled and reinstalled the package, but still no results. I'm new to this, so please be patient!

I want to use demo Media.

Siteground told me to check with you guys becase there was nothing they could do.

Hi,

did your hosting provider really told you to contact with us while you got 502 Gateway Error? That's very odd because this issue is related with the limits on server side and it has nothing to do with the theme itself. Please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is related with those limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Ok, thanks. So the first thing you need to do is tell your host to disable Zend OPCache. Also please increase max_input_time to 180. Hope this would help. Ohh, and one more thing. Please make sure you use latest version of BeTheme.

I downloaded betheme from theme forest on Sunday. I thought it was the latest version. How do I update? (Bear in mind I'm a newbie). Thanks

Theme is latest version of course. We are asking you to contact with your admin/hosting provider and ask them to do above changes. You can also send us private request thru contact form on the right at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup with WP dashboard access so we can have a look on it closer.

Thank you. I had a chat with Siteground support again and they were just being difficult, I mean, asking me to upload via FTP when I'm a newbie,

Anyway, I figured I must have done something wrong at some point so I asked them to uninstall Wordpress and I installed it all over again and now it's all working fine. Thank you!
