Bethemes does not work properly under the Internet explorer

My BeThemes websites (http://www.raschdorf-online.de) are displayed incomplete in Internet Explorer.
The top menu bar is missing. Is there specifically a setting under design for this provider?
I use the update version 16.3.

you are using version 16 and not the latest 16.3. Please update theme to it's latest version and it should be ok.
