How to upload a file/logo

sorry I am a bloody beginner, but the easiest steps will not work ... please help.
First the installation was a big problem, only after I found out thet in the ZIP are in one file other ZIPs and I unzipped them manually i could import your theme. Trying to import the Installable Wordpress File Only did not work. Is it always like that? Now i have made the installation.
Here my problem: I installed the theme BIKER. Even there is a huge number of pictures in the medietheke i only see gray squares with no content. Loading them, for example the logo in uploaded in the mediatheke as .png, gives no result. Can you help me? What do I wrong?
Even the BIKER template is not properly to see, all pictures missing there.

at first, please switch to default WP theme, go to Media section and try to upload files and check if it works or not.
In reference to your 2d question, this has nothing to do with the theme as well. The file you are trying to upload is not installable file and more details about theme installation we suggest to check the doc http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation
