Muffin Builder stopped working

Hi Muffin Group,

I am new to WordPress and BeTheme. However. I am fiddling around with it for a bit more than a week now. Starting yesterday, everything got real slow.

When I tried to edit my page, it took for ever till the beachball disappeared and I could actually do something and the buttons got responsive.

Today it got even slower to now crashing when I click anything in Muffin Builder.

I deactivated all Plugins. I deinstalled plugins that I installed yesterday. I gradually updated my php version.

I started out on 5.3 now I am on 7.

Once again, two days ago, everything worked fine... :-)

I am working on a Mac, el Capitain, I use Safari. All updated.

I tried Chrome and Firefox, same problems.

I gladly give you Backend access, if you need it.

Hi,

what exactly stopped working and what's crashing? Please explain what these two means. Do you mean that you can not save more items on already pages that has large amount of content?

Hi guys,

when I try to delete a page item, I get a beach ball, no popup (do your really want to delete). Thats it.

Page gets stuck. I can only reload.

The amount of content is minimal and I did talk to my host. I am totally fine.

Currently I am reinstalling WordPress and your theme fresh. I will let you know if the problem persists or reoccurs.

Please disable all your extra plugins then and check if this helps. If not, then all we may suggest would be WordPress and theme re-installation to its original factors because the problem must be with incomplete files then.
