Icon Sizes-Not in footer.

I am trying to make the icons considerably larger in the "Become a Tourmap Participant" section of my homepage. I tried looking at various sets of code to implement but each time it didn't work. I'm either not sure where to place this code? I tried within the visual composer element section, and custom css. I've tried to place it in several sections to no avail. I am wanting these to be clickable links as well.
